How do I place an order?

Once you have selected a product, you will first be taken to the shopping cart. Then click “Checkout” to access the SSL-secured order form. After entering your email address, please enter your shipping address. Optionally, you can fill out the medical health form to provide all information regarding your health condition. In the last step, select the shipping and payment method and click “Place order”. Your order will now be processed by our team.

What happens after I place my order?

Your order will now be processed. After we receive your payment, your package will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours.

You will receive three emails regarding your order:

• an order confirmation,
• a payment confirmation,
• and a shipping confirmation

Which payment methods are available?

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and bank transfers. As soon as the transfer is received, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that a bank transfer takes about 3 business days. When paying by credit card, dispatch can take place on the same day.

What are your shipping fees and terms?

Our shipping costs are included in the price. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received. The delivery date depends on your location, the supplier’s location, and how quickly we receive your payment. We aim to deliver your order directly to your doorstep within 4–12 business days, depending on the shipping method. Your medication is shipped free of charge by airmail or by registered mail.

We do not process orders over the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 PM on Friday, it will be processed by the pharmacy on Monday.

How long are cancellations possible?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it.

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been delivered. You can cancel your order before delivery by sending us an email and simply including “Please cancel” and your order number in the subject line.

We do not process orders over the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 PM on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

What are your security and privacy policies?
