How do I place an order?

What are your shipping fees and terms?
Our shipping costs are included in the price. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received. The delivery date depends on your location, the supplier’s location, and how quickly we receive your payment. We aim to deliver your order directly to your doorstep within 4–12 business days, depending on the shipping method. Your medication is shipped free of charge by airmail or by registered mail.
We do not process orders over the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 PM on Friday, it will be processed by the pharmacy on Monday.
How long are cancellations possible?
As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it.
We are not able to cancel an order once it has been delivered. You can cancel your order before delivery by sending us an email and simply including “Please cancel” and your order number in the subject line.
